During an event, any staff member may make an on-the-field rules call if necessary. These calls are not considered official; they are only to allow the game to continue uninterrupted, and the Rule of Etiquette "The Rules Are Not A Big Deal" should always take precedence.
If you are in a situation that requires a rules call during an event, please note it in your PEL so that an official clarification may be made here.
