For the April 4-6 event only, pre-registration will open at 8pm on Wednesday, January 22. This is to hopefully ensure that everyone who wishes to register can be made aware of the opening time before it happens.
For all subsequent events, pre-registration will open at 8pm on the second Monday after the event (not the day after the event).

If you are pre-registered and fail to attend the event and do not notify us by sending an email to ascendantsarah@gmail.com before the day of the event (excluding emergency situations), you will not be permitted to pre-register for the next event.
